SEX and FILIPINOS: Case Studies?

Filipino females, unlike their American and especially European counterparts, are not into open sexual relationships. There may be some exceptions to this rule but generally this is true. why? Culture? Is it just the Catholic culture brought about by the 300 years of colonialization of the Spaniards? The Japanese are very patriarchal too. The Americans were quite open to this issue but even with our so-called "colonial mentality," Filipinas remain to be the Maria Clara of old.

Was just thinking? Is sex also very important to Filipino women? Filipino males (well, all males in this world, I suppose) eat sex for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Filipinos as they are, they have sex for merienda, coffee break, mid-night snacks and more.

Paolo (a Filipino male of course) married a very beautiful Filipina named, Christine. Paolo, male-blooded Filipino as he is, would want Christine in bed every minute of the day. Ok, make that everytime they are in the privacy of their home. During the first few months of marriage, sex was great! Then, Paolo's male barkada would find him joining them in beer-gatherings, then beer-house gatherings, then Paolo confiding to them that he is having an affair with his officemate, Antonette. The latter was not a pretty lass like Christine. Simple woman with a not so beautiful body. "Brods, she's great!" All they could here from Paolo.

Benjie, on the other hand, married a beauty queen in Rhea. Benjie was a very potent man at 24 and he was well-known to his barkada as a chick-boy before the marriage. Benjie changed. No more going out at night. No more alibis. No more hanky-pankies. It's just work and home. It's all Rhea and Kami (their 3 year old daughter). The, just like Paolo, his barkada was happy for him to join the regular boys' night out. Mystique, Heartbeat, Hawaii Five-O, Enigma... then only Heartbeat. Then he does not join them anymore. Benjie's friends found out that he rented a P8,000 duplex apartment in Pasig for Venus, an 18-year old GRO from Heartbeat.

Adrian is an OIC manager from a government owned and controlled corporation. He has a wife (Mai-Mai) and two beautiful daughters (Shannel, 5; Clarissa, 3). Mai-Mai was a very young, good-looking and has a 36-27-34 frame. Five years into marriage. To make the long story short, Adrian has a pretty secretary as a mistress.

Not normal. Definitely not normal!

Why would you still go out and cheat your beautiful and sexy wives? When asked about this, Paolo, Benjie and Adrian have almost identical opinions on their current situation. Their wives would not make love to them when they want to. Their wives would sometimes, if not always, reject sex when the husbands move to do so. Psychologically they were also affected. Because of fear of rejection, they would experience erectile dysfunctions in the middle of making love with their wives.

With their mistresses/lovers, it seems that ED is never a problem. Sex is good. No fear!
